Article description:
The pigeon repellent spike consists of a 50 cm long strip made of UV-protected polycarbonate on which 40
polycarbonate, on which there are 40 X-shaped spikes made of stainless steel.
Each of these spikes is 11 cm long.
The pigeon spike PP 04-40-X has a distance of 16 cm between the outer spike ends
ends and a protective width of 19 cm, which means that the actual area
protected from birds by this defence spike is 19 cm wide in total.

Application area

Window sill, window shutter, canopies, balcony, cornice, gable area, dormer, window lintel, cornice, ridge, beam, extension, parapet.

Installation

The polycarbonate moulding has special predetermined breaking points that make it easy to split. We recommend attaching the pigeon spikes with our special adhesive (see accessories). Before installation, the surface to be protected should be thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and grease. If necessary, the adhesive surface can also be treated with a primer, especially on sandstone-like surfaces. Alternatively, the installation can also be carried out by screwing, nailing or using cable ties.
